Total Core
This class features powerful abdominal moves performed in a circuit format. This variation on your typical abs class allows you not only to tighten your tummy, but also to shed off extra inches in the process. It's a quick workout with infinite results.

Forever Fit
This class is great those mature in age who are just getting started, are post physical therapy, and pre and post pregnancy. No lying down or getting up off the floor.

Spin-Off
Build strength and improve your cardiovascular efficiency. Your instructor will take you through the ride of your life through the use of specially-designed stationary cycles. Enjoy "Endurance" rides, "Fat Burn" rides and much, much more! Each ride and stationary cycle can be easily adjusted to your own level of fitness. Fun and challenging for both men and women.

Synapse (Turf & Surf)
Synapse is a fun way to work on balance, strength and flexibility (turf).  There is also an aquatics (surf) version of synapse that is equally as fun.  However, the best way to learn more about this exciting program is to experience it for yourself. 
 

Zumba
Tired of the regular aerobics classes, and need something new? Come Try Zumba! This is unlike any other class you have ever been in. Zumba is a mixture of Latin rhythm moves set to upbeat music. Very basic, fun, and easy. Come try it!
