Therapeutic Massage Services
The Lelia Patterson Center offers a variety of therapeutic massage services Monday through Friday, by appointment. Our therapists are licensed by the state of North Carolina and fully certified.
For your enhanced health and wellness, the following services are offered:
Swedish Massage utilizes long, relaxing strokes with kneading, stretching, light friction and the soothing heat of steam towels on the back, feet or neck.
30 minute - $35

90 minute - $95
Deep Tissue Massage targets the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue. Deep tissue massage is used for chronically tight or painful muscles, repetitive strain, postural problems or recovery from injury.

Sports Massage is designed to help sustain or increase range of motion and improve performance.

Orthopedic/Medical Massage is directed to treat specific ailments and soft tissue injuries such as Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, Tennis Elbow, neck pain, low back pain and many more.

Meet the Therapists
Jennifer Miekle
Jennifer Mielke has studied superior nutrition, advanced stretching, training and injury management for over 20 years. She spent a year of study and internship at the North Carolina School of Advanced Body Work learning structural alignment and integration.
Jenny has experience in a wide range of massage techniques and therapy, but her real passion is in diagnosing and treating structural imbalance. She helps people with not only receiving basic therapy and relief from massage, but also gives them insight into what therapies might help with realignment and bring balance and structural integrity.
Bernie Miller
After working for 20 years in Forestry and as a Wilderness EMT, Bernie Miller became interested in the body and Therapeutic Massage. In 2003 Bernie graduated from the Center for Massage and Natural Health. He was motivated to help those with chronic pain, traumatic soft tissue injuries and the maintenance of athletic performance. Bernie serves athletes, those recovering from injury and many suffering with long-term, painful conditions.
Bernie is the owner of Blue Ridge Medical and Sports Massage in Hendersonville and is a national and state Member of the American Massage Therapy Association. He is also a certified teaching assistant for the NC Center for Pain Management.
